Zeb became a company co-owner in 2013. At home Zeb brings his enthusiasm and curiosity to gardening, hunting, and building an oasis for his family.
Greg brings tremendous capacity to Spectra Broadband’s many complex projects with his great communication skills, friendly demeanor, and competitive nature. Since starting with the company in 2001 he has worked his way from technician to manager to co-owner with his invaluable expertise. Greg exhibits a wonderful ability to motivate, lead teams, work with partners, and build the reputation and service footprint of the business. Greg’s love of sports and competition are at the heart of his ability to step up the confidence and performance of everyone he works with. His love of performance metrics enhances our capability to measure, monitor, and communicate project execution. Greg uses his strong people skills to mentor field personnel in the nuances of customer interaction and quality service. When not at work you might find Greg with his wife, coaching his two sons, or enjoying a motorcycle ride. Greg joined company ownership in 2021.
Steven leads our customer facing fulfillment division with a disciplined and light hearted approach that helps our technicians deliver a combination of great technical problem solving and real human service. With more than 10 years at Spectra Broadband Steven embodies the company culture of mentoring and nurturing talent. Through his team leadership our techs deliver customer service that ranks at the top of the industry. Steven is the dedicated husband and father of four. He is an avid sports fan and follows UFC and college football.
Paul is the newest member of Spectra Broadband’s leadership and comes to us with deep experience in the industry. Paul and his teams deliver critical service connecting the core networks of our multi-service provider clients with their residential and business customers. While much of the Construction Drop Bury division’s work is behind the scenes, Paul is dedicated to delivering positive customer brand experiences through attentive customer communication. His friendly manner and proactive communication keep our clients and their customers in the loop on every project. Paul enhances Spectra Broadband’s competitive edge by maintaining veteran crews with the versatility and experience to deliver great results. With four daughters, family keeps Paul busy outside of work. Paul is an avid golfer, a car enthusiast and a big Broncos fan.
Brian leads our fast-growing business services division, providing installs, upgrades, migrations, and managed service to global brands and businesses nationwide. Brian brings adaptability and problem solving excellence to the wide variety of challenges our clients bring us. Our business services are customized to each customer's needs, and Brian brings poise and focus to managing a wide array of nationwide projects. Brian's work across our industry brings a broad perspective to our leadership. In his free moments Brian takes to the slopes to ski.
